These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and LinJust regarding your access to and use of the marketplace, website, mobile experience and related services.

By creating an account, submitting a listing, placing an order or otherwise using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

Certain marketplace features require a registered account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.

• You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential.
• You must notify PeMarket promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access.
• You may not impersonate another person, business or organisation.
• PeMarket may request identity or business verification where necessary.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless the activity resulted from a security failure directly attributable to PeMarket

PeMarket provides a marketplace through which buyers and sellers may discover products, communicate and complete approved transactions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, PeMarket is not the manufacturer or owner of products listed by independent sellers. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality and availability of their listings.

Users agree to:

• Use the marketplace only for lawful purposes.
• Provide truthful and non-misleading information.
• Communicate respectfully with other users.
• Follow applicable consumer, tax, trade and data protection laws.

Sellers must ensure that all products and services offered through PeMarket comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

1. Product titles, descriptions, photographs, prices and availability must be accurate.
2. Sellers must disclose relevant conditions, defects, restrictions or delivery terms.
3. Orders must be processed within the stated period.
4. Sellers must respond professionally to buyer enquiries and disputes.
5. Sellers must not manipulate reviews, transactions or marketplace visibility.

When a buyer submits an order, the transaction may remain subject to payment confirmation, seller acceptance, stock availability and fraud screening.

• Prices are displayed in the applicable marketplace currency.
• Delivery charges, taxes and additional fees may be shown separately.
• Payment must be made through approved PeMarket payment methods.
• Refunds are subject to applicable return, cancellation and buyer protection policies.

PeMarket may cancel or place an order on hold where fraud, pricing errors, payment failure or policy violations are suspected.

Users must not engage in activities that harm the platform, other users or the integrity of marketplace transactions.

• Listing illegal, counterfeit, stolen or restricted products.
• Circumventing approved payment or checkout systems.
• Uploading malicious software or attempting unauthorised access.
• Harvesting personal information without permission.
• Publishing abusive, deceptive or discriminatory content.
• Creating fake accounts, orders, reviews or engagement.

PeMarket aims to provide a reliable marketplace, but uninterrupted access, error-free operation or the performance of every seller cannot be guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeMarket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from marketplace use, third-party conduct or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

PeMarket may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where a user violates these terms, threatens platform security, creates legal risk or repeatedly causes harm to other users.

Where appropriate, the user may receive notice and an opportunity to respond. Immediate action may be taken where necessary for security, regulatory or fraud-prevention reasons.

PeMarket may update these terms periodically to reflect legal, operational or marketplace changes. Updated terms will be published with a revised effective date.
